You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are not free of charge, but should be paid by the customer. We are working on a more flexible solution in the future.
Want to return one or more products purchased on www.designletters.com. Fill out the return note with order number information, contact information and information about the article(s).
Wrap the articles properly in the original packaging and properly to avoid transportation damage. Fill out the return form, tear it from the return label and place the return note in the box.
Put the return label on the outside of the box. Note: Returns are not free of charge. The return label is only an address label.
The return package must be sent directly to the address and not to a parcel shop.
You will receive an e-mail when the refund is completed. The amount will be refunded on the credit card used for the purchase.

Did you receive a defective or damaged product? Please send an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with following information:
Name, E-mail, order number and a photo + a description of the error or damage.
Please give as many details as possible. It will help us to process your claim quickly and effective.
Your purchase will be refunded as soon as we have received and checked you return. You will receive an e-mail when the refund is completed. It takes between 2-5 days before the refund will appear on your account.
The amount will be refunded on the credit card used for the purchase.
If you paid your order with SEPA Direct Debit, the amount will first be refunded after eight weeks.
